• This Offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”), to the customers booking Akasa Air flights from August 13, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 17, 2025 (“Offer Period”).
  
  
• Akasa Air offers all-inclusive (one-way) fares starting from Rs.1399 for domestic routes and all- inclusive (one-way) fares starting from Rs.5999 for international routes for bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period.
  
  
• The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (“Blackout Period”) from:

• The Offer is applicable on Akasa Air ‘Saver’ and ‘Flexi’ fares only. The Offer shall not be applicable on special prices offered by Akasa Air.
  
  
• The bookings must be made at least 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure. The date of travel must be no earlier than August 15, 2025. It is expressly clarified that if the travel date falls within the Blackout Period, this Offer shall not be applicable.
  
  
• The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period for travel from August 15, 2025, until March 31, 2026.
  
  
• This Offer is only for passenger type “Adult” and “Child”. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to special fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens.
  
  
• Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air.
  
  
• The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes.
  
  
• The Offer is valid only on non-stop/through flights on various sectors across Akasa Air’s network. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
  
  
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
  
  
• Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
  
  
• The Offer is not valid on Akasa Air’s group bookings.
  
  
• All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.
  
  
• The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  
  
• Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.
• 
  By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa
  
  Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.
• 
  This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Conditions in case of cancellation:

• In case of full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for discount.
• 
  If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount is credited, Quickfly will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
• 
  In case of partial cancellation, the offer stands void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for discount. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the discount or cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis the booking amount.

Terms & Conditions:

• The user agreement and privacy policy of Quickfly shall apply.
• 
  Customers, who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and Quickfly reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. Quickfly shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
• 
  This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Quickfly.
• 
  Quickfly reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• 
  For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the relevant bank and Quickfly shall not entertain any such claims.
• 
  Quickfly is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• 
  Quickfly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• 
  In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Quickfly reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• 
  In no event the entire liability of Quickfly under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
• 
  Quickfly shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  
  
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
