• Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa
• A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
• For all Schengen countries passport validity should not exceed more than 10 years
• Handwritten passport is not acceptable

After booking Package is Non-Refundable.

• These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
• Please check the exact cancellation and date change policy on the review page before proceeding further.
• Date Change fees don't include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
• Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.
• Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
• Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.

·        Starting 1st May 2025 travel onwards, Thailand is implementing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a new paperless digital system to make immigration processes faster, easier, and more secure. As per the latest immigration guidelines, it is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand by air, land, or sea to apply and complete their TDAC registration online for free before arrival. You must complete your registration within 3 days of arrival. To register, please click on: https://tdac.immigration.go.th.

·        Please note that the package cost does not include a visa fee. Indian nationals currently enjoy On Arrival Visa-Free entry until further notice.

·        Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)

·        Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.

·        Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.

·        In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Quickfly shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.

·        If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Quickfly reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

·        The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Quickfly will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

·        Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Thai Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.

·        Quickfly provides Visa assistance only, Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.

·        Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.

·        To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.

·        Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.

·        While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.

·        Quickfly officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source.

·        After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, the guest would proceed towards Gate-10 of the main exit through Exit A for domestic passengers or Exit B for international passengers; the Quickfly representative shall meet you at this exit

·        Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.

·        Standard check-in time is 2 pm. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Quickfly representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of the hotel

·        It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency

·        Most Islands in Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fee needs to be paid in cash on ground only

·        There is an additional entrance fee of 20 THB on Phi Phi/James bond and other Islands which also needs to be paid on ground.

·        In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

·        Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy

·        Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day

·        Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule

·        The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Quickfly shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Quickfly may not have this information readily available all the time.

·        QUICKFLY reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

·        For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to QUICKFLY & guest, no refund will be processed.

TCS Conditions

·        As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS is each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.

·        On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
