Entrances to the sightseeing points not included unless specifically mentioned in the Itinerary.
Applicable only if you are landing in Colombo and travelling to Kandy on the same day: When you arrive at Colombo Airport in the first half of the day (between 5 am to 2 pm), you would be travelling to Kandy. The distance from Bandaranaike International Airport to Kandy is around 110 km, and would take about 4-5 hours depending on traffic on the highway. After about 2-3 hours, you would reach the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here you could explore the Orphanage and spend up to 2 hours, depending on your interest. Post this, you will be driven towards the hotel in Kandy. In case you land in Colombo between 2 pm to 6 pm, you would be taken directly to the hotel in Kandy. The visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage would then be covered on the second last day of your holiday while travelling from Bentota to Colombo.
Applicable only if you are staying in Bentota (as per itinerary): Bentota, a picturesque coastal town in Sri Lanka, is in fact a small fishermen’s hamlet and hence has limited infrastructure. The Hotel on the west coast included in your itinerary could be in or around Bentota, depending on availability. Hence you could be booked at a hotel in any of the surrounding areas: Waskaduwa, Beruwala, Kalutara, Induruwa, Ahungalla or Kosguda. Details and address of the final hotel shall be confirmed at the time of issuance post booking.
Do note that Sri Lanka VISA fees are not included in the cost of the package. You could apply for the visa online through the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) website: www.eta.gov.lk. It is the official website of the Department of Immigration & Emigration of Sri Lanka and offers a simple & easy visa application process. Please beware of other fraudulent websites claiming to process your Sri Lankan visa.
The flights timings mentioned in the itinerary are indicative only and the final timings shall be confirmed at the time of issuance post booking. Do note that connecting or hopping flights may be issued from your departure city to Colombo and vice versa, depending on availability.

Please note if your flight lands in Colombo before 5 AM or after 7 PM, there will be an extra supplement charge of 25 USD per person for the airport transfers.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

1. These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
2. Please check the exact cancellation and date change policy on the review page before proceeding further.
3. Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
4. Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.
